Refund Policy

1. Returns

I want you to love your FoodeFix purchase! If for any reason you're not satisfied with your order, I offer returns on eligible items under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving the product.

  • The product must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging and tags intact.

  • Food and drink products (e.g., juices, consumables) are not eligible for return due to health and safety regulations.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Food and beverage products (including juice kits or recipe ingredients)

  • Gift cards

  • Discounted items marked as final sale

3. Refund Process

Once I receive your returned item, I will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus any applicable shipping fees.
Please note:

  • Refunds can take 5–10 business days to process, depending on your payment method.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is damaged or defective.

4. Exchanges

If you received a damaged or defective product, please reach out to me within 7 days of delivery. I will gladly arrange for an exchange or refund based on availability.
To request an exchange:

  • Contact me via email at [your email address] with photos of the damaged item and your order number.

  • I will cover the cost of return shipping for defective or damaged products.

 

5. Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact me within 24 hours of placing it. After that time, your order may have already been processed or shipped, and cancellations may no longer be possible.

 

6. Shipping Fees

Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged. If your return meets the eligibility criteria, shipping costs for returns will be refunded.

 

7. Sales Tax

Refunds will include the sales tax charged on the returned items, where applicable.
