Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within [1–3 business days] (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

During high-volume periods (e.g., product launches or holidays), processing times may be extended slightly. I will notify you if there are any significant delays.

 

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. I currently offer:

  • Standard Shipping (3–7 business days)

  • Expedited Shipping (1–3 business days)

  • Free Shipping for orders over $[insert threshold]

Shipping times may vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method.

📦 I currently ship within the United States. International shipping may be added in the future.

3. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.

4. Shipping Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at the time of checkout. I am not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact me at Victoria@FoodeFix.Com within 7 days of delivery. I will do my best to assist you, including filing a claim with the shipping carrier if applicable.

FoodeFix is not liable for issues caused by the carrier, but I will work with you to find a resolution.

6. Sales Tax

As a Florida-based business, I collect Florida state sales tax on applicable items and shipping charges for orders delivered within Florida, in accordance with Florida Department of Revenue laws.
